PED112_Supplement Physical Fitness II (Supplement) Fostina Cooper This course is an intermediate-level fitness class. Topics include specific exercises contributing to fitness and the role exercise plays in developing body systems. Upon completion, students should be able to implement and evaluate an individualized<BR>physical fitness program. This course has been approved to satisfy the Comprehensive Articulation Agreement for transferability as a pre-major and/or elective course requirement.    
PED113_Supplement Aerobics I (Supplement) Fostina Cooper This course introduces a program of cardiovascular fitness involving continuous,rhythmic exercise. Emphasis is placed on developing cardiovascular efficiency,strength, and flexibility and on safety precautions. Upon completion, students should<BR>be able to select and implement a rhythmic aerobic exercise program. This course has been approved to satisfy the Comprehensive Articulation Agreement for transferability as a pre-major and/or elective course requirement.    
PED114_Supplement Aerobics II (Supplement) Fostina Cooper This course provides a continuation of a program of cardiovascular fitness involving rhythmic exercise. Emphasis is placed on a wide variety of aerobic activities which include cardiovascular efficiency, strength, and flexibility. Upon completion, students<BR>should be able to participate in and design a rhythmic aerobic exercise routine. This course has been approved to satisfy the Comprehensive rticulation Agreement for transferability as a pre-major and/or elective course requirement.
